Choc-chip cookies

Ingredients

115g butter (melted)
100g Caster Sugar
90g Brown sugar
1 egg
235g Freemills self-raising flour
1tsp salt
150g milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1
In a stand mixer, mix butter and sugars until pale and smooth

Step 2
Add in the egg and mix to combine

Step 3
Add in sifted flour and salt

Step 4
Mix in chocolate chips

Step 5
Roll each ball at 45g each, (sprinkle flour onto your hands if the cookie dough is too sticky)

Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees (350F) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden
