Pancakes

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Freemills all-purpose flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1tbsp white sugar
1 ½ cups milk
1 egg
45g butter (melted)

Preparation

Step 1
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the centre and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until smooth

Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour approximately ¼ cup of the batter onto the pan. When one side is cooked, flip over and cook until both sides are browned.
